It was a long process, sort of training my voice to sing and speak in
A clearer tone. It's funny, because I have the whole process
Documented. I listened to like very early voice notes of my
Lessons with Eric Vetro, my vocal coach, and I had so much rasp
In my voice when I was first singing the Glinda audition sides
And then you cut to a month and a half later, you hear like a
Shift in the muscles in my throat. They just were like, "Oh
I understand what's happening." So just like any other muscle in
The body, you have to train them to know what's being asked of them
So I started doing that before even my first audition. I had
Three auditions, and going back from that, I was going to Eric
Every day for like two and a half months to try and get my voice
Together so that I could sound legitimate, or as close to as possible
