Victoria Monét's 'Frequency of Love' Is Out: 22 Tracks, SZA and Bruno Mars, a New Foundation, and a 27-City Tour

The wait is over. Victoria Monét's sophomore album arrived Friday via Lovett Music/RCA Records — 22 tracks, a Bruno Mars and an SZA duet each, her daughter Hazel on the tracklist, a brand-new foundation for kids, and a 27-city tour with a Las Vegas stop on Dec. 9.

The Short Version

Victoria Monét's second act has officially arrived. On Friday, October 2, the three-time GRAMMY-winning singer, songwriter and producer released her sophomore album, Frequency of Love, via Lovett Music/RCA Records — a 22-track statement that doubles as her first full-length since JAGUAR II turned her into one of R&B's defining voices. The singles have already been doing heavy lifting: Let Me, which reached No. 1 on Billboard's Adult R&B Airplay chart in June; Reach Out, the KAYTRANADA- and D'Mile-produced follow-up that arrived with a video; and Juicy, the September single that interpolates SWV's All Night Long from Waiting to Exhale into something entirely her own. If JAGUAR II was the breakthrough, Frequency of Love is the era — an album, a tour, and a foundation all tuned to the same frequency.

The ambition is baked into the tracklist. Monét didn't just make 22 songs; she built a guest list that reads like a map of modern R&B and pop. SZA appears on See You In My Dreams. Bruno Mars duets on That's Why I Love You. Lucky Daye joins on Maybe, Chlöe on Lose Myself, Bryson Tiller on Single — and Leon Thomas and Monét's young daughter Hazel Monét share the bill with her on You Mean The World To Me. Behind the boards, Camper serves as executive producer, the connective tissue of an album that moves from interludes like "Care For Somebody," "Dark Side Of The Moon," "Money" and "I Want You" into full songs without ever losing its sequencing logic. That sequencing, Monét says, is the whole point of the first listen.

"My FOL request: Please listen from intro to ending on your first listen! Tryyy not to jump around cause the sequencing gives each song a different context than on its own."Victoria Monét, ahead of the album's release

The rollout: from Let Me to a Quavo-powered release night

The singles told the story in stages. Let Me spent the spring climbing to No. 1 on Adult R&B Airplay — the format Monét has quietly owned for years. Reach Out followed with the KAYTRANADA and D'Mile production pairing that has become one of her signature sounds, earning her a public thank-you to every collaborator on the record. Then came Juicy on September 10, produced by D'Mile, Spencer Stewart and Michäel Brun with additional production from Camper and Ryan James Carr — a song that leans into the SWV interpolation without leaning on it, the kind of songwriting move that separates a hit from a reference.

The release week itself had a signature Monét moment. Hours before the album dropped, she teamed up with Quavo for a deliberately non-AI recreation of Quavo and TakeOff's HOTEL LOBBY performance for A COLORS SHOW — Monét holding down TakeOff's verse while Quavo handled his dance moves beside her, the two promoting projects arriving the same day. In a year when AI-generated music has become the industry's most exhausting trend, the choice to make the whole thing visibly, provably human was the statement. The era's thesis in one performance: real people, real rooms, real frequencies.

Why the stakes are this high

It's worth remembering what Monét is following. JAGUAR II won the GRAMMY for Best R&B Album and Best Engineered Album (Non-Classical) in February 2025, and its smash On My Mama hit No. 1 on three radio charts while charting on the Billboard Top 40. That album turned a decade of behind-the-scenes songwriting dominance into front-facing stardom — and set a bar that sophomore albums are supposed to clear, not just match. Young Hazel's appearance on the new album is a quiet callback: she made her debut on her mom's collaboration with Earth, Wind & Fire, Hollywood, and now she's part of the family-business track on the biggest album of Monét's career.

The Frequency of Love ecosystem extends beyond music, too, and it started long before release week. Monét graduated from culinary school in May 2026, released the children's book Everywhere You Are (a New York Times bestseller), and this summer joined Bruno Mars as a special guest on the European and U.K. leg of The Romantic Tour, playing sold-out stadiums in Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Madrid, Milan and London. This is not an artist scrambling for a second act. This is an artist building an entire world and then moving into it.

The Frequency Of Love Foundation

The album's title is now also a mission. Alongside the record, Monét launched The Frequency Of Love Foundation, a youth-centered education and wellness initiative dedicated to empowering children with knowledge about food, agriculture, culinary skills and wellness — connecting food with science, gut health, brain function, creativity and community. It's a direct extension of her own culinary education: turning the album title into something kids can eventually grow, cook and learn from. Fans attending the tour can choose to add a $1 donation at checkout to fund the foundation's community garden programs — a small, tangible way for an arena audience to seed something real.

The tour: 27 cities, Raleigh to San Francisco, with a Las Vegas stop

The music hits the road this month. The Frequency Of Love Tour — a 27-city North American headline run produced by Live Nation — kicks off October 27 at Raleigh's Red Hat Amphitheater, then sweeps through Charlotte, New Orleans, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Philadelphia, Boston, Detroit, Milwaukee, Chicago, Toronto, Pittsburgh, New York, Washington, D.C., Nashville, Austin, Phoenix, San Diego and Inglewood before a West Coast close: Vancouver on Dec. 12, Seattle on Dec. 14, Sacramento on Dec. 16 and San Francisco's Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on Dec. 17. The routing mixes amphitheaters, theaters and ballrooms — intimate by arena standards, which suits a show built on sequencing and songwriting rather than spectacle.

And for the home crowd: Las Vegas gets its date on Wednesday, Dec. 9 at the BleauLive Theater inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas — a fitting room for an artist whose whole era is about intimacy at scale. Fans can experience the new music live alongside favorites from JAGUAR, JAGUAR II and JAGUAR II: Deluxe, with every tour checkout carrying that optional $1 contribution to the foundation's community gardens. An album, a tour, a foundation — and a listening request Monét made to every fan, which we'd suggest honoring: start at the intro, end at the ending, then go crazy after that.
