Two quick things that get you a faster, better answer. First, check the Help & FAQ — the most common questions (accounts, follows, free movies, charts) are answered there in plain language. Second, include the page URL where you saw the problem. "The Lakers page" could mean three different pages; a pasted link means we find it in seconds and fix it in minutes.
If it's something visual — broken artwork, a layout that looks wrong on your phone — tell us what device and browser you're on. A screenshot helps enormously. And if you're reporting wrong information, tell us what the right information is and where you saw it; we verify everything before we change it, but a good lead cuts the detective work in half.
What we can help with
Something's broken. Dead links, pages that won't load, videos that won't play, artwork that doesn't match the title — this is our highest priority. Broken things get fixed first, always.
Wrong info on a page. A bad air date, a misspelled name, a chart that looks off, a score that doesn't match reality. Accuracy is the whole job, so corrections jump the queue. You can also write to [email protected] — our newsroom's tip line — which our writers check through the day.
Feedback and ideas. Features you want, sections that confuse you, things you wish the site did. Reader feedback genuinely shapes what we build next — the suggestion box isn't decoration.
Partnerships and press. Creators, studios, labels, podcast networks, teams, and press: if you want to work with Previously — premieres, interviews, data partnerships, cross-promotion — choose "Partnership or press" in the form and tell us who you are and what you're thinking. Include links to your work.
Advertising. We run display advertising through Google AdSense. For direct sponsorships or larger partnerships, reach out through this page and we'll talk.
Copyright concerns. If you own work that appears on Previously and believe it's here in error, our copyright page explains the takedown process in plain language — or write directly to [email protected].
What we can't do
Honesty up front saves us both time. We can't unlock or fix accounts on other services — if your streaming login isn't working, that's between you and them; we only link to official sources. We don't host copyrighted streams, so we can't "put up" a movie or episode for you; the Free section carries full-length public-domain films, and everything else links to the services that officially carry it.
We can't share anyone's private information — not yours to someone else, not someone else's to you. We can't give legal advice; our copyright page is a plain-language summary, not counsel. And while we read every suggestion, we can't add every title — coverage decisions come down to verifiability, rights, and fit (see how suggestions work).
If you're ever unsure whether something is in our power, ask anyway. The worst that happens is an honest "we can't do that, but here's what we can."
For press and creators
Covering Previously, or want us to cover you? A few things that help us help you: who you are and who you represent, what you're announcing or proposing, any embargo dates, and links to press kits, screeners, or official assets. Our writers cover film, TV, music, games, sports, and podcasts in their own voices — real coverage, not pay-to-play, so the work has to earn it on merit.
For screeners and review materials, mention it in your message and we'll tell you where to send them. For interviews, tell us the angle — our writers ask better questions when they know what story they're telling.
Report a security issue
Found a vulnerability or something that looks like a security problem? Don't post it publicly — email [email protected] with "Security" in the subject line, describe what you found and how to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing. We take these reports seriously and we'll confirm receipt fast.
Response times, honestly
We reply within two business days, and most messages get an answer much sooner. Corrections and broken-link reports are triaged first — if something on the live site is wrong, we want to know and fix it before more people see it. Partnership and press inquiries get a considered reply, which sometimes takes the full two days. Suggestions for new titles are read by the editorial team but don't always get an individual reply — if your suggestion makes the cut, you'll see it show up on the site.
One more thing: we never sell your contact info, never add you to a marketing list for writing in, and never share your message outside the team. You wrote to talk to us, not to join a funnel.
