About this game

Ashram Online is a tab-target fantasy MMORPG set in Adhyatma, a mythic world that has been unravelling for a thousand years since the three cosmic principles that sustain it fell out of harmony. Players choose one of four lineages, the thunder-born Vajrahn warriors, the veiled Sahira hunters, the Yodha martial monks and the crystal-born Elunar scholars, and later bind themselves permanently to one of three Paths, Dawn, Noon or Dusk, which shapes their abilities and appearance. Progression follows a survivalist loop: players hunt corrupted creatures, dismantle their remains into materials and craft their own consumables and gear, including visible tiered armor sets earned through dedicated quests. Combat is classic target-based and tactical, the level curve reaches 100 with attributes assigned by the player, and the shared world adds guilds with common vaults and perks, a day and night cycle with nocturnal creatures, and player-versus-player combat.

The world of Adhyatma was never created; it was a harmony of three principles: Vyana, which makes things begin, Dhara, which makes them last, and Anta, which lets them go. A thousand years ago that harmony struck a false note, an event remembered as the Sundering. The principles still operate, but out of sync: forests swallow cities overnight, villages relive the same day over and over, and whole landscapes crumble into golden dust. Each faction is convinced its own principle holds the key to saving the world, and none of them is entirely right.
