About this game

A continuation of the abandoned v0.9 version of the romhack B3313. This branch officially exited development after the launch "A2: Anniversary Edition" following internal developer struggles. Most of the team has since moved on to finish the final update in a new team with a new name.

B3313 is a romhack of Super Mario 64 incorporating elements of beta content, urban legends surrounding the game, and fan media that have spawned from said legends to create a surreal, dream-like experience, with an exploratory aspect similar to games such as Yume Nikki. The game involves players needing to learn the map of the castle over time, and obtain various moves that are initially unavailable to them at the start as the player starts with only a limited moveset. The game finished development with the final version, v1.0.2, in mid-2024. This is now the only version publicly available without using archives.
