This is the story of a modern Zashiki-warashi who visits a mysterious real estate agency in search of a home to haunt. Explore real apartments in Tokyo, uncover mischievous yokai disguised as everyday furniture and household items, and delve into the mysteries of Warashi Realty.

In modern society, the protagonist has just become a novice Zashiki-warashi (a traditional Japanese house spirit). With no home of her own to haunt, she visits Warashi Realty in search of a place to settle. However, she soon learns that in order to be entrusted with introducing houses, she must first prove her abilities as a spirit through training under the company’s owner—a veteran elder Zashiki-warashi with centuries of experience. As she endures the trials of her training, the protagonist begins to uncover the mysteries of her own past and the secrets hidden within Warashi Realty…
