What Was Home is a story-driven first-person psychological horror game rooted in urban exploration. Wander through decayed halls and forgotten rooms, uncover fragments of the past, and piece together the hidden stories of those who once lived here — including the secrets your parents tried to keep from you.

You find an old photograph of a place you don’t remember. When you ask your parents about it, their faces harden — they refuse to talk, shutting you down with silence. The address leads you to a long-abandoned apartment block, once filled with life, now left to rot. A place of memories, rumors, and fears. Determined to uncover the truth, you step inside.
