That 70 average hides a game its 293 fans would defend to the death. Role-playing in the deep end — fantasy, science fiction, character builds you'll theorycraft about, and a world that rewards curiosity. A single-player game with no interest in being anything else. Respect.

About this game

Wuthering Waves is a story-rich open-world action RPG. You wake from your slumber as Rover, joined by a vibrant cast of Resonators on a journey to reclaim your lost memories and surmount the Lament. The game features fast-paced combat with a variety of mechanics such as Extreme Evasion and Dodge Counter. You can also absorb the remaining of the monsters you've defeated and use their power in battles.

Wuthering Waves is set in a futuristic, post-apocalyptic world after a catastrophe called the Lament wiped out most of humanity and caused unknown beings and monsters, called Tacet Discords, to appear. Humanity adapted to the threat and over time rebuilt civilization. The story follows the amnesiac Rover, who has awakened from a deep slumber and sets out to explore this new world.
