TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2026 — Lisa Vanderpump arrived the way she meant to be seen — in a custom Rolls-Royce, gliding to the curb at the center of the Las Vegas Strip, then walking the casino floor as her name climbed the marquee above her. “Seeing my name go up,” she said of that June night, as reported by OnTheStrip.com, “was very emotional.” Now the messy, glamorous story of how she got her name on that building is coming to television: Bravo premieres the three-part limited series “Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas” on Tuesday, October 20, with the first two episodes airing that night and the finale the next evening.
The seriesTwo weeks to grand opening
The 90-second trailer, which dropped September 29, is pure deadline television. “We have two weeks until the grand opening,” Vanderpump told the camera in the trailer. “It’s my name on there, I want to create a legacy.” Behind her: a construction site. Carpets lost in customs. Stone columns crumbling during installation. Guests checking in before the rooms are ready. A hole in the ceiling that makes it into the trailer as a punchline: “Come hell or high water, or holes in the ceiling,” she said in the trailer, “this hotel is opening in two weeks.”
Bravo’s episode guide lays out the arc. Part 1, “Vegas? That’s Epic, Baby!,” airs Tuesday, October 20 at 9 p.m. ET/PT and finds Vanderpump walking into a space that still feels like a construction site, worried the people around her lack urgency. Part 2, “If It Was Easy, Everyone Would Do It,” follows at 10 p.m. that night, with late deliveries, complaining guests and the toll the pressure takes at home. Part 3, “Misbehave Accordingly,” airs Wednesday, October 21 at 9 p.m. — the celebrity-studded grand opening party, the one chance to make a lasting first impression.
The trailer is also a reunion. Former Vanderpump Rules stars Tom Schwartz and Lala Kent appear, along with former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Garcelle Beauvais and her son Oliver Saunders, who has worked for Vanderpump at her Vanderpump à Paris cocktail lounge at Paris Las Vegas. Longtime friend Kevin Lee is back in her orbit, and a road trip of SURvers heads to Vegas in support. In the middle of it all, Vanderpump keeps the perspective that built her empire: “If there is something wrong, I can’t hide,” she told the cameras in the trailer.

The hotelThe biggest little bet on the Strip
By Strip standards, it is a small landmark — and that is the point. The Vanderpump Hotel, at 3595 Las Vegas Blvd. South on the corner locals still think of as Flamingo and the Boulevard, has just 188 rooms, including 21 suites. It is the first major Strip resort grand opening since Fontainebleau cut the ribbon in December 2023, and the scale contrast tells the whole story: Fontainebleau opened with roughly 3,644 rooms. The Vanderpump Hotel is a boutique jewel box — Vanderpump’s own words — with a 40,000-square-foot casino and the 65,000-square-foot Soleia rooftop pool and event space, eleven stories above the Boulevard, restricted to guests 21 and over.
The partnership with Caesars Entertainment makes it a full Caesars Rewards property, with opening rates reported at $419 to $499 a night, a $55-a-night resort fee and a design by Vanderpump’s own company, Vanderpump Alain, alongside partner Nick Alain. The look is what the travel review site SandTasticTravels describes as “industrial romantic” — soft neutrals, plush linens, ornamental wallpaper, pops of pink and gold accents. Inside: Giada, celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis’s Italian restaurant, holding the corner; Drai’s After Hours; the Gigolo lounge; and The Bar at The Vanderpump Hotel. At the June 11 grand opening, Vanderpump called it “a true labor of love” and “my very own jewel box on the 50-yard line of the Las Vegas Strip — intimate, inviting and filled with carefully curated details that each tell a story,” according to Travel Market Report’s coverage of the ceremony. Caesars’ chief commercial officer Sean McBurney said in a statement reported by the same outlet that the opening “marks an incredible milestone in our partnership with Lisa.”

The empireFrom cocktail gardens to the marquee
The hotel crowns a Strip empire Vanderpump and husband Ken Todd have been building for years. Before she had a name on a building, she had a name on the doors: the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas, and Pinky’s by Vanderpump at the Flamingo — all in partnership with Caesars. She has opened 39 restaurants; the hotel is, per Bravo, “finally, her very own.”
The building itself is a Vegas palimpsest. It opened in 2014 as The Cromwell, a boutique redux of Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall and Saloon — the budget-friendly joint Caesars (then Harrah’s) had opened in 2007 on the site of Michael Gaughan’s Barbary Coast, which itself dated to 1979 and rose on the footprint of Empey’s Desert Villa from 1952, briefly the Times Square Motel. Caesars announced the Vanderpump transformation in early 2025; the Cromwell name is gone, and everything inside — all 188 rooms, the reception, the front desk, the lounge — has been redone.

What’s nextOctober is Vanderpump month
The calendar is stacked. Her debut book, “Home at Villa Rosa: Cooking and Living the Vanderpump Way,” goes on sale October 13 — 70 recipes, photography and tips on cooking and living like a Vanderpump, according to Bravo’s announcement. A week later, the three-part series lands on Bravo: parts 1 and 2 on Tuesday, October 20, and the finale on Wednesday, October 21, all at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The series is produced by 32 Flavors, part of Sony Pictures Television, and Evolution Media, an MGM company, with executive producers including Vanderpump and Todd alongside Alex Baskin and Barry Poznick. The Strip’s other October debut: Luke Combs’s Category 10 opens at the Flamingo on the 15th.
