What Previously is
Previously is a free website for tracking TV schedules, keeping a personal library of shows, and getting episode alerts by email. The site is the product — the free app is an optional companion.
Schedules change — networks have the final word
We work hard to keep airtimes accurate, but networks move premieres, delay episodes, and change lineups. Always treat the network as the final word. Previously isn't responsible for a missed episode, a changed timeslot, or plans you made around a listing.
Your library lives in your browser
Follows, watchlist, and episode progress are stored locally in your browser. That means they're private — and it means we can't recover them if you clear your browser data or switch devices. The app is the way to carry your library with you.
Email alerts
Alerts are free, and every email includes an instant unsubscribe link. We'll never spam you; alerts go out only about the shows you follow (plus rare, important service notices). If an address bounces repeatedly or is abused, we may stop sending to it.
Acceptable use
- Don't abuse the service: no scraping at abusive rates, no attacks on the site, nothing unlawful.
- Don't use Previously to harass anyone or to send spam.
Content and artwork
Show artwork, titles, and descriptions belong to their networks, studios, and licensors. Schedule and catalog data is compiled from licensed and public sources. Previously doesn't claim ownership of any of it.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We aim for accurate, always-on service, but we don't guarantee it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Previously isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including, yes, the finale you missed because a network moved it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the new terms. The effective date at the top always shows the current version.
