Calvin Harris Is Finally Headlining North America: 18 Arena Dates Set for Spring 2027

The Scottish DJ announced his first-ever North American headline tour on Tuesday — 18 Live Nation arena dates from Boston's TD Garden on April 1 to the Kia Forum on May 27, with the first presale opening October 19.

For an artist who has spent a decade as the biggest DJ draw on the planet, this somehow never happened — until now. Calvin Harris announced on Tuesday, October 13, that he will headline a North American tour for the first time in his career, an 18-date arena run promoted by Live Nation that opens April 1, 2027, at Boston's TD Garden and closes May 27 at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California. The announcement landed fresh off his performance at the Head Trip festival in Indio, and it instantly becomes one of the biggest live-music stories of the spring.

The routing is a genuine coast-to-coast sweep, not a festival sprinkle. After Boston and an April 2 stop at Baltimore's CFG Bank Arena, the tour hits Philadelphia's Xfinity Mobile Arena (April 8), Brooklyn's Barclays Center (April 9), Toronto's Scotiabank Arena (April 12), Montreal's Bell Centre (April 16) and Hamilton's TD Coliseum (April 17). The middle leg runs through Houston's Toyota Center (April 23), Fort Worth's Dickies Arena (April 24), Austin's Moody Center (April 25), St. Paul's Grand Casino Arena (April 29) and Chicago's United Center (April 30). May brings Salt Lake City's Delta Center (May 5), Oakland Arena (May 7), Seattle's Climate Pledge Arena (May 14), Vancouver's Rogers Arena (May 16) and San Diego's Viejas Arena (May 21) before the Forum finale.

How the Ticket Rollout Works

Fans can sign up for presale access now at CalvinHarris.com. The first tickets move October 19 through Reserved by Spotify, which gives eligible U.S. Spotify Premium subscribers access through Ticketmaster — those fans will be notified in the app and by email and can buy up to two tickets. The artist presale follows October 20 at noon local time, and the general onsale opens October 22 at noon local time at CalvinHarris.com. Given the demand math everywhere else Harris has played this year, nobody should treat those presale windows as optional.

The Year That Made This Inevitable

Harris is not announcing this tour off potential. He is announcing it off receipts. This summer he played two sold-out homecoming shows at Glasgow's Hampden Park in front of 100,000 fans — Pollstar Boxoffice reports the two-night stand grossed $8,842,480 on 95,306 tickets sold — and followed it with three sold-out concerts in Ireland, moving more than 210,000 tickets across the U.K. and Ireland. His 2027 headline tour of Australia has already sold more than 330,000 tickets across 11 dates. And in February, he set a Guinness World Record in São Paulo, Brazil, performing for 1.6 million people — the largest attended DJ set by a single artist in history.

Add more than 74 million monthly listeners on Spotify, and the picture is clear: Harris is one of the very few electronic artists whose live demand is stadium-sized, and North America was the one major market still experiencing him mostly through festival slots, one-off appearances and his Las Vegas residency rather than a proper headline run. That changes in April. He is booked by THE·TEAM's Brent Smith and managed by Mark Gillespie of Three Six Zero, per Pollstar's reporting.

The Vegas Footnote

Sharp-eyed readers will notice the routing has no Las Vegas arena date — and there is a simple reason. Las Vegas already has Calvin Harris. He holds down a residency at XS Nightclub at Wynn Las Vegas, with listed dates on November 7 and November 21 and a New Year's Eve set on December 31, plus Encore Beach Club appearances. Vegas fans are not being skipped so much as already served — although an arena-scale Harris production on the Strip would still be an event, and this tour's West Coast leg (Oakland, San Diego, Inglewood) passes within easy reach.

What should arena audiences expect? If his festival and stadium sets are the guide: a hit-dense, production-heavy show built on one of the deepest catalogs in pop — the run of singles from the 18 Months era through his collaborations with Rihanna, Dua Lipa, Ellie Goulding and Sam Smith is essentially a decade of radio, sequenced by the man who made it. Eighteen dates is a lot of arenas to fill, but nothing about Harris's 2026 suggests he will have trouble. If anything, the question is how fast the second nights get added. More music news is on our Music front, the day's headlines are on the news front, and Ayra Starr's own 2027 world tour dates are rounded up here.

There is a bigger shift underneath this announcement, too. For most of dance music's history, even its biggest names made their live money in clubs, residencies and festival main stages — formats where the DJ is an attraction inside somebody else's event. A named, 18-date arena headline tour is a different business entirely: it says Harris's catalog, and the production he wraps around it, can carry a spring arena season the way a rock or pop superstar's can. His numbers this year argue the bet is sound — stadium sellouts in Scotland, a third of a million tickets in Australia, a world-record crowd in Brazil. Live Nation is not experimenting here. It is formalizing something the rest of the world already knew: Calvin Harris is not a support act for the live business anymore. He is the live business.
