Set the alarm for Sunday, because the NFL's best early window in weeks starts at 6:30 in the morning. The Jaguars and the falling-apart Eagles open the day in London, and the nightcap is the game of the week: the undefeated 49ers visiting Lumen Field to face the the Seahawks, with first place in the NFC West on the line — and no Nick Bosa on the trip. In between, the injury report runs the show — Cleveland and the Jets are missing their best interior players, and Washington's franchise quarterback is back at something less than full strength. Here's the full Sunday rundown.
London: the Eagles are falling apart at the worst possible time
Jaguars (3-1) vs. Eagles (2-2), Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, 9:30 AM ET / 6:30 AM PT, NFL Network. The Jaguars are 7.5-point favorites at BetMGM (-375 on the moneyline, 41.5 the total), per the Florida Times-Union — and honestly, that number might be light given who's in street clothes for Philadelphia.
The Eagles officially ruled out Saquon Barkley and DeVonta Smith with hamstring injuries on Friday, per the team and multiple reports. Barkley hurt his right hamstring early in last week's 24-20 loss to the Rams and didn't practice all week; Smith will miss his second straight game. Also out: receiver Marquise "Hollywood" Brown (ankle), center Drew Kendall (knee) and safety Marcus Epps (groin). Linebacker Jonathan Greenard (ankle) is questionable. Jalen Hurts popped up on the injury report Friday with a calf but was a full participant and carries no designation, per NBC Sports Philadelphia.
The running back room is where it gets grim. With Tank Bigsby already on injured reserve and Barkley sidelined, Will Shipley is expected to handle the bulk of the workload, with Dameon Pierce in the mix — the Eagles also signed running back Carson Steele to the active roster on Friday, per Sportsnet. It's been a rough season for Barkley even when healthy: 182 rushing yards on 36 carries with no touchdowns through four games, per Sportsnet. Jalen Hurts is going to have to carry this offense across the Atlantic basically by himself, and the offensive line in front of him is unrecognizable — right tackle Lane Johnson retired on Tuesday, center Cam Jurgens was traded to the Ravens, Landon Dickerson is on injured reserve, and Kendall is out, which means Philadelphia is expected to start two undrafted players with no career starts at left guard and center, per NBC Sports Philadelphia. The good news: tight end Dallas Goedert and linebacker Zack Baun are back, and Darius Cooper, Makai Lemon and Elijah Moore are in line for bigger roles in the passing game.

Jacksonville, meanwhile, is rolling — the 22-17 win over Cincinnati last week has the defending AFC South champs at 3-1 and comfortable in London, their home away from home. The Jags are mostly healthy: cornerback Jaylon Jones (hamstring) is out and safety Eric Murray (concussion) is questionable, per the Times-Union. History says this should be close — the Eagles lead the series 5-3, are 1-0 in London, and Jacksonville hasn't beaten Philadelphia since 2006. History also didn't see this Eagles injury report coming.
Lumen Field: the 4-0 Niners visit the champs with no Bosa
49ers (4-0) at Seahawks (3-1), 4:25 PM ET / 1:25 PM PT, FOX. First place in the NFC West. The defending Super Bowl champions at home. The last undefeated team in the conference coming to town. This is the game of the day, and both teams know it — Seattle handed San Francisco a 41-6 humiliation in the NFC Divisional Round on January 17, and the Niners haven't forgotten.
They'll have to try to return the favor without their best defensive player. Nick Bosa is officially out for a third straight game with the calf injury he suffered warming up for practice two weeks ago, and he won't even travel to Seattle — he'll stay in the Bay Area rehabbing, per the New York Post. But here's the part that should scare the rest of the league: Bosa told NBC Sports Bay Area's Matt Maiocco he's "pretty darn likely" to play in next week's Monday night game against the Commanders. Not Sunday. Next week. Don't let the quote fool you into thinking he's suiting up at Lumen — he's not.
San Francisco is also without fullback Kyle Juszczyk (knee), safety Marques Sigle (ankle) and defensive tackle James Thompson (ankle), with cornerback Upton Stout (shoulder) and defensive end Mykel Williams (knee) questionable, per the official injury report on Seahawks.com. Seattle's side is cleaner where it counts: defensive tackle Leonard Williams carries no game designation and is good to go despite the ankle injury that knocked him out of last week's win, per ESPN's Brady Henderson — and Williams leads the Seahawks with three sacks. That's a problem for Brock Purdy, who is the only starting quarterback in the NFL this season who hasn't been sacked and just the fifth since 1970 to go through his team's first four games without going down, per Seaside Joe.

Seattle will be thin in the backfield: Zach Charbonnet (knee) is officially out, George Holani (ribs/knee) is questionable, and cornerback Julian Neal (hamstring) and linebacker Chazz Surratt (calf) are out too. That leaves Emanuel Wilson and undrafted rookie Robert Henry — just picked up off Washington's practice squad — to handle the running game against a Niners front that's missing its best pass rusher but still undefeated. Our full breakdown of San Francisco's injury crisis has the longer version; the short version is that the 4-0 record is doing a lot of heavy lifting for a roster held together with tape.
MetLife: the trenches are empty
Browns (3-1) at Jets (1-3), 1 PM ET. If you like defensive line play, look away. Cleveland ruled out defensive tackles Mason Graham (knee/ankle) and Mike Hall Jr. (ankle) on Friday — both hurt in the October 1 win over Pittsburgh and neither practiced all week, per the Akron Beacon Journal. Graham had four sacks in the first three games, per BrownsZone, and Hall had a sack against the Steelers. The Browns are down to two healthy defensive tackles on the active roster, Maliek Collins and Adin Huntington, and will elevate from the practice squad (Sam Kamara, Chris Williams and Zion Logue are the candidates) just to field a rotation. Also out for Cleveland: guard Teven Jenkins (back), receiver Tylan Wallace (knee), tight end Carsen Ryan (calf), with quarterback Dillon Gabriel and defensive tackle Kalia Davis on injured reserve. "Well, it's next man up," head coach Todd Monken told the Beacon Journal on Friday. "That's why you have practice squad players and the ability to elevate them."
The Jets have their own absence in the backfield: head coach Aaron Glenn announced Friday that running back Breece Hall (quad) is out, along with receiver AD Mitchell (finger), guard Dylan Parham (knee) and linebacker Kiko Mauigoa (quad), per SNY. That means Braelon Allen gets another heavy workload — he handled all 14 Jets running-back carries in the 23-12 loss at Chicago for 59 yards, and has 33 carries for 120 yards and a touchdown on the season. Geno Smith (eight completions for 119 yards in Chicago) will be throwing to Isaiah Williams, who caught a 58-yard touchdown from Smith last week, with Sterling Shepard filling the third receiver role. The Browns have won three straight; the Jets have lost three straight. Somebody's streak is lying.
Washington: Daniels is back, but "not 100 percent"
Jayden Daniels will start Sunday against the Giants after missing two games with the dislocated left elbow he suffered in the Week 2 loss to Dallas — offensive coordinator David Blough told reporters this week the quarterback is "full go," per ESPN's John Keim via theScore. But pump the brakes before you penciled him into everything: NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported Friday that Daniels is still "not 100 percent" healthy, saying there are "a lot of questions, going forward," per NBC Sports' player news. The elbow is his non-throwing arm and he'll wear a brace on it for the rest of the season, but the re-injury risk is real. With Marcus Mariota sidelined by an MCL sprain, seventh-round rookie Athan Kaliakmanis is the backup — so Washington's season is riding on a braced left elbow holding up against the division-leading Giants. The 1-3 Commanders can't afford to lose their quarterback again.
And Sunday night: the Falcons host the Ravens — Lamar Jackson is out and Tyler Huntley starts, and our story has the full picture.
Out Sunday (3rd straight, calf). Told NBC Sports Bay Area's Matt Maiocco he's "pretty darn likely" to return for the Week 6 Monday night game vs. the Commanders.
