How We Rank

The order is our editorial judgment, applied by published evidence tiers. The facts are not negotiable: every entry in the Previously 100 carries a public evidence basis — an official All-America roster, a Gatorade award release, a reported signing. We never copy recruiting-service databases. If we can't prove it, it doesn't publish.
