Manni L. Perez Watch Guide: Where to Watch Her Shows and Movies Before GTA VI

Rockstar has confirmed no one as Lucia Caminos. The actress the internet keeps naming has a decade of verified work behind her — an award-winning SVU turn, a network guest-star run, indie films, and two earlier credits inside Rockstar's own games. The complete list, and where each title streams in the US as of November 2026.

The Short Version

Seventeen days from now, Grand Theft Auto VI launches, and its credits will finally answer the question Rockstar has refused to touch: who plays Lucia Caminos. Until November 19, the role is officially uncast in public. Unofficially — in the eyes of a very large internet — it belongs to Manni L. Perez. We laid out that case, and its limits, in our story on the woman the internet believes is Lucia. This guide is the practical companion: her confirmed work, checked credit by credit, and where to watch it in the United States before launch day.

One note governs everything below. Every credit here is a matter of public record, cross-checked against TMDB’s filmography for Perez (person 1995207) and at least one independent listing or report. Her connection to Lucia is not on the list, because Rockstar has never confirmed it — she is believed to play the role, reported to play it, and has never confirmed or denied it herself. Streaming homes were checked on November 2, 2026, against JustWatch and Reelgood’s US listings, and are given as of November 2026. Catalogs rotate without notice; where a title had no clear US streaming home, this guide says so rather than guessing one.

Start here: the SVU episode

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit — Season 21, Episode 13, “Redemption in Her Corner” (NBC, February 6, 2020). Perez plays Esperanza Morales, a young MMA fighter at the center of the case, in an episode set around a boxing gym. The part drew on her own training — she practices Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu — and Distractify profiled the performance when the episode aired. That September, it won her the Imagen Award for Best Supporting Actress in a TV Series. She told The Hollywood Times the role was the break she had been building toward, and it remains the performance her career turns on.

If you only watch one thing on this list, watch this. It is the clearest available evidence of what she can carry in a single episode — and the role that put her on the board long before anyone was matching her face to a video game character.

Where to watch: Peacock carries the full SVU run, and the episode is also streaming on Hulu (JustWatch US listings, checked November 2, 2026).

The TV run

Before and after SVU, Perez worked the classic New York guest-star ladder — one episode at a time, on the biggest procedurals on television. It is the same résumé the Lucia believers point to when they describe the kind of performer Rockstar casts. Each entry below names her episode and her role.

Chicago P.D. — Season 6, Episode 16, “The Forgotten” (NBC, February 27, 2019). She plays Devon Rozata. A year before SVU, she was already inside Dick Wolf’s universe — worth the watch for anyone tracing how the ladder actually got climbed. Where to watch: Peacock and Prime Video (Reelgood US listings, checked November 2, 2026).

The Blacklist — Season 5, Episode 10, “The Informant (No. 118)” (NBC, January 10, 2018). She plays Miss Isaacson, in the orbit of one of the show’s blacklisters. A small, sharp early network part. Where to watch: Netflix carries the full series in the US (JustWatch US listings, checked November 2, 2026).

Jessica Jones — Season 2, Episode 11, “A.K.A. Three Lives and Counting” (Netflix, March 8, 2018). She plays Tina. Her one Marvel credit, in the darkest corner of the old Netflix-Marvel run. Where to watch: Disney+, where the Marvel Netflix series now live (JustWatch US listings, checked November 2, 2026).

Blindspot — Season 3, Episode 3, “Upside Down Craft” (NBC, November 10, 2017). She plays Vanessa Eckert. Blink and you’ll miss her — this is the earliest of her network procedural credits, a year and change before the SVU break. Where to watch: honestly, with some hunting. Blindspot left Netflix US in June 2026 and, per Decider’s reporting at the time and current listings, has no US subscription home right now; episodes are sold on Amazon and YouTube.

She’s Gotta Have It — Season 1, Episode 1, “#DaJumpoff (DOCTRINE)” (Netflix, November 23, 2017). She plays Dog #8 — and the credit runs under a different name, Amanda Perez, which is why filmographies that skip the alias miss it entirely. The deepest cut on the TV side: Spike Lee’s series premiere, before any of the procedurals. Where to watch: Netflix (JustWatch US listings, checked November 2, 2026).

East New York — Season 1, Episode 10, “10-13” (CBS, January 8, 2023). She plays Lucia Santiago. Her most recent network credit — and yes, the character’s first name is Lucia. That is a cast listing, not a clue: TMDB’s episode credits are where the name comes from, and a working actor’s file is allowed its coincidences. Where to watch: no US subscription streamer carries the series as of this check; the season is sold on Amazon Video and the Apple TV Store.

Dora — Season 3, Episode 4, “The Grumple Games” (2025). The wild card: a voice role, credited as Hearty, in the Dora reboot. Range, in the most literal sense — the same voice the internet swears it hears in Leonida, teaching vocabulary. Where to watch: Paramount+, which carries seasons 1–3 (per NickALive’s streaming coverage).

The films

Her film work is independent and small-scale — shorts, horror, a crime thriller — and mostly easy to find once you know the titles. One honest gap up front: her most recent film’s listings do not name her character, and this guide is not going to invent one.

The Dark Age (2018, short). She plays Maya, the lead of Alejandro Soto’s short film, which won a Remi Award at WorldFest-Houston in 2019. The easiest watch on this entire list: the filmmakers stream the film free on their own Vimeo, linked from the film’s official site. Start here if you want her earliest screen lead.

The Unborn (2020). She plays Tiffany, a pregnant security guard working a night shift at an old factory, opposite Chris Bellant’s Joey — and someone at the factory has plans for her unborn child. Indie horror, an hour long, and one of her few outright leads. Where to watch: Screambox via Prime Video, and free on Cineverse (Reelgood US listings, updated October 31, 2026).

Armageddon Tales (2021). She plays Maya in this post-apocalyptic anthology — survivors of a worldwide pandemic crossing a broken landscape in interlocking stories. Where to watch: free on Tubi, or rent/purchase on Prime Video and the Apple TV Store (Reelgood US listings, checked November 2, 2026).

Fire Island (2023). She plays Gloria in Myles Clohessy’s slasher: a group of friends, a famous party getaway, and a vacation that turns into a body count. Where to watch: rent or purchase only — Apple TV Store, Prime Video and Fandango at Home (Reelgood US listings, updated November 1, 2026).

Cold Betrayal (2024). Her most recent film: a mob-revenge thriller about a woman who rips off the New York mob and goes home to a family tavern on Long Island, directed by Myles Clohessy. Perez is in the principal cast alongside Peter Greene; no listing we could find names her character, so none is given here. Where to watch: Prime Video, and listed free with ads on Tubi (checked November 2, 2026).

The Rockstar years

Close with the two credits that make the Lucia belief click for fans — because both of them sit inside Rockstar’s own house, years before GTA VI had a trailer.

Grand Theft Auto V (2013). Perez is credited as Clubber 2 — a small voice credit in the biggest game of its decade, recorded when she was at the very start of the guest-star ladder described above. It is carried in TMDB’s filmography for her.

Grand Theft Auto Online — The Diamond Casino & Resort update (2019). TMDB’s biography of Perez, and reporting from TheGamer and LADbible built on the game’s credits, record her as the voice of one of the casino’s two unnamed Latina blackjack dealers. A dealer in Los Santos in 2019; the internet’s Lucia from December 2023 onward.

Neither credit makes her Lucia. What they do is place her voice inside Rockstar’s world twice before Trailer 1 ever ran — which is why, when fans went hunting for a face and a voice to match, hers was findable. The rest of this guide is the record that is actually hers: an award, a ladder of network episodes, a handful of indie films, and two small jobs for the studio that may — may — have given her the biggest role in entertainment. On November 19, the credits roll, and this page can trade “reported” for “confirmed,” or cross the name out entirely. It will.
