Mötley Crüe is coming home to Las Vegas — this time to the most storied room on the Strip. Mötley Crüe will play an eight-show residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in the spring of 2027, the band and its promoters announced on Monday, October 19, 2026, according to Billboard. The run, titled Mötley Crüe At The Colosseum At Caesars Palace: Carnival Of Sins in Sin City, marks the band’s fourth Las Vegas residency and its first ever at the Colosseum.
The eight performances are scheduled for March 19, 20, 24, 26, 27 and 31 and April 2 and 3, 2027, with every show starting at 8 p.m., Live Nation announced. For a band that helped invent the modern Las Vegas hard-rock residency more than a decade ago, the Colosseum booking is both a return and an upgrade — a move into the room built for Celine Dion and since shared by Adele, Elton John and Rod Stewart, now handed over for eight nights to the self-styled most notorious band in rock.
The dates, and how the ticket rollout works
Fans who want in early have a busy week ahead. Presales for members of the band’s S.I.N. Club fan club and for Citi cardmembers begin Tuesday, October 20 at 10 a.m. PT, with the Citi presale running through Thursday, October 22 at 10 p.m. PT through Citi Entertainment. A second presale wave for Caesars Rewards members and Live Nation customers follows on Thursday, October 22 at 10 a.m. PT. The general public on-sale begins Friday, October 23 at 10 a.m. PT at ticketmaster.com/MotleyCrueVegas, according to Live Nation.
There is a local dividend built into the run as well: a portion of proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth, the Las Vegas nonprofit that works to move young people in Southern Nevada out of homelessness and into stability. Residency announcements in this town usually stop at dates and presale codes; this one arrives with a charitable commitment attached, and it deserves to be part of the headline rather than the fine print.

A fourth residency — and a first at the Colosseum
Mötley Crüe’s Las Vegas history runs deeper than almost any hard-rock act of its era. The band’s first residency, Mötley Crüe Takes On Sin City, landed in 2012, when the very idea of a metal band settling into a Las Vegas room still raised eyebrows. A second engagement, Evening In Hell, followed at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel in 2013. The band’s third and most recent run, billed simply as The Las Vegas Residency, played Dolby Live at Park MGM from September 12 to October 3, 2025.
That 2025 engagement carried its own drama before it ever opened. It had originally been scheduled for the spring of 2025 and was moved to the fall after frontman Vince Neil underwent a medical procedure during his recovery from a stroke. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that Neil’s recovery was arduous enough that he had to learn to walk again — a detail that recasts the Dolby Live shows, and now this Colosseum announcement, as something more than routine routing. A singer who relearned to walk in 2025 is headlining the Colosseum in 2027.
The show: a fan-voted setlist and songs back from the vault
The Carnival of Sins concept reaches back to one of the band’s most theatrical touring eras, and the 2027 production is being built around audience participation in a way residencies rarely attempt. According to the announcement, the setlist will be fan-voted, and the show will bring back songs the band has not performed in decades, wrapped in what promoters describe as stunning visuals scaled for the Colosseum’s production capabilities. The hits that anchor any Crüe night are all expected in the mix — “Kickstart My Heart,” “Home Sweet Home,” “Dr. Feelgood” and “Girls, Girls, Girls” among them — but the fan vote is the genuine news here: it gives longtime fans a hand in deciding which deep cuts finally get their night.
The current lineup — Vince Neil on vocals, Nikki Sixx on bass, Tommy Lee on drums and John 5 on lead guitar — is the version of the band that will take the Colosseum stage. John 5 stepped into the guitar role after Mick Mars retired from touring, and by 2027 that lineup will have years of stadium and residency miles behind it. The residency also ties into a milestone year for the band: the run is connected to Mötley Crüe’s 45th anniversary and to a limited-edition release of Too Fast For Love, the 1981 debut album that started the whole story.

Why this booking matters for the Strip
Las Vegas residencies have sorted themselves into tiers over the past decade, and the Colosseum sits at the top of the pyramid — a roughly 4,300-seat room where every seat is close, the production budget is enormous and the alumni list doubles as a history of popular music. Pop and country stars have dominated its calendar in recent years. Putting a glam-metal band with a 45-year history into that room for eight spring dates is a statement by both sides: by Caesars, that the Crüe’s audience will fill a premium room at premium prices, and by the band, that the show they are building belongs on the Strip’s grandest indoor stage.
It also continues a pattern Las Vegas knows well: the residency as a second career chapter that turns into a headline act of its own. Mötley Crüe essentially prototyped the hard-rock version of that chapter in 2012. Fourteen years and three residencies later, the prototype is still drawing — and now it draws at the Colosseum. More entertainment and Strip coverage is on the Previously news front, and the band’s catalog and history live on its Previously music pages.
