London first: Eagles vs. Jaguars, 9:30 AM ET

The London slate continues with the Eagles and Jaguars at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (9:30 AM ET / 6:30 AM PT, NFL Network, with Dave Pasch and Kurt Warner on the call). And here's the headline: Philadelphia is a mess.

The Eagles have lost two straight and officially ruled out Saquon Barkley (hamstring) for Sunday — he hurt it early in last week's 24-20 loss to the Rams. DeVonta Smith (hamstring) is out too, along with Hollywood Brown (ankle), center Drew Kendall (knee) and safety Marcus Epps (groin). Backup back Tank Bigsby is on injured reserve, so the backfield belongs to Will Shipley, Dameon Pierce and Carson Steele. The offensive line has been remade midseason — six-time Pro Bowler Lane Johnson suddenly retired this week, and two-time Pro Bowler Cam Jurgens was traded to Baltimore for draft compensation. Dallas Goedert and Zack Baun return, which helps, but Jalen Hurts is essentially playing with the B-team.

Jacksonville (3-1) is a 7.5-point favorite, which tells you everything. The Jaguars beat Cincinnati 22-17 last week and have lost five straight to Philadelphia dating back to 2006 — but they've never faced a version of the Eagles this depleted. The Eagles do own the London series history, having beaten the Jaguars 24-18 there in 2018. For the full damage report, our Eagles injury report breakdown has all eleven players on the list.

The 1 PM ET slate (all times Eastern)

Eight games, four on CBS and four on FOX:

Bengals at Dolphins (FOX) — Eric Collins gets the call with Mark Schlereth. Two teams trying to figure out who they are in October.

Raiders at Patriots (CBS) — Kevin Harlan, Trent Green and Melanie Collins have this one. Raiders fans, this is your early window. Our Raiders-Patriots preview from Foxborough has the full breakdown.

Vikings at Saints (FOX) — Adam Amin and Drew Brees. Yes, that Drew Brees, calling a Saints game.

Browns at Jets (CBS) — Andrew Catalon, Logan Ryan and AJ Ross. Desperation bowl energy on both sides.

Colts at Steelers (CBS) — the CBS lead crew: Jim Nantz, J.J. Watt and Tracy Wolfson at Acrisure Stadium. Best announcing assignment of the early window, which tells you what CBS thinks of this matchup.

Texans at Titans (CBS) — Spero Dedes, Adam Archuleta and Aditi Kinkhabwala. Both teams are 0-4. Somebody's leaving Nashville with their season still breathing. Our deep dive on the winless showdown is worth your time before kickoff.

Giants at Commanders (FOX) — Chris Myers and Jonathan Vilma. NFC East, always weird, always watchable.

Bears at Packers (FOX) — Kenny Albert steps in for Joe Davis, who's on NLDS duty with the Dodgers and Braves, alongside Greg Olsen and Pam Oliver at Lambeau. The league's oldest rivalry, in the league's most famous stadium, the week we lost Mike Ditka. Our tribute to the Bears legend is the right pregame reading.

The late window

Broncos at Chargers (CBS, 4:05 ET) — Ian Eagle, Ross Tucker and Evan Washburn. AFC West games in October are never meaningless.

Lions at Cardinals (FOX, 4:25 ET) — Kevin Kugler, Daryl Johnston and Allison Williams.

49ers at Seahawks (FOX, 4:25 ET) — the marquee late game: Kevin Burkhardt and Tom Brady in the booth with Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi reporting from Lumen Field. The 49ers are playing through a brutal injury crisis and walking into one of the league's loudest road environments. Our final injury wire has the latest on who's in and who's out across the league.

Primetime: Ravens-Falcons, then Bills-Rams

Sunday Night Football: Ravens at Falcons (NBC, 8:20 ET) — Mike Tirico, Cris Collinsworth and Melissa Stark. Baltimore on the road in primetime is appointment television regardless of the matchup.

Monday Night Football: Bills (3-1) at Rams (2-2) (ESPN/ABC, 8:15 ET) — Joe Buck and Troy Aikman on the call with Lisa Salters and Laura Rutledge, plus the ManningCast alternate on ESPN2. This was billed as a potential Super Bowl preview and it's still close to that: Buffalo lost for the first time last week against New England, while the Rams avoided a 1-3 start with a comeback win at Philadelphia. The loser falls to .500 or worse and the panic starts.

Thursday leftovers

Week 5 actually opened Thursday night in Dallas, and it was a stunner: the Buccaneers beat the Cowboys 24-16 at AT&T Stadium for their first win of the season. Undrafted rookie quarterback Jalon Daniels, making his second start in place of the injured Baker Mayfield, went 19-of-25 for 189 yards and a touchdown without a turnover. Bucky Irving was the story — a career-high 165 rushing yards with two touchdowns, including a 72-yard burst that set up the go-ahead score. Dak Prescott threw for 316 yards but was picked off twice, and Dallas fell to 2-3. Tampa Bay is 1-4 and suddenly has a pulse. Our Bucs-Cowboys preview set the table for this one.
